21 Day Meditation Challenge
Everyday - for 21 days you will be guided by me, through meditation practice, as well as daily personal development challenges. Challenges that will introduce you to new ideas, concepts and practices. Challenges that will surely, allow you to explore new, and interesting depths to your learning. Resulting in you growing, and evolving into a wiser and more balanced and well-rounded individual.
Daily Guided Meditations
You will be introduced to meditation, and starting on Day 1 you will be invited to practice a 5 minute meditation. Everyday, the meditation duration will gradually increase until we get to day 21, where you will attempt the final goal of a 25minute meditation. The benefits of a regular meditation are proven to have countless physiological and psychological benefits. Daily Challenges / Exercises
Everyday, you will also be invited to attempt a daily challenge - Each days challenge (based on various themes - such as Gratitude, Visualisation etc) is intended to introduce you to new ideas, ways of thinking and oppotunities to learn more about how you can better engage in your own life. To develop greater self-awareness, and courage to identify opportunities to take charge of your experiences.

The course starts as soon as you enroll. You decide when you start, and depending on when you do start, every day you will receive access to the next days lesson. There are 6+ hours of material as part of the course, but every day you only receive a small portion of this, along with daily exercises and practices. The course will continue for a 21 day period, and will stay available until you complete it, but to ensure you get the most benefit from the course, try to complete each days lessons and practices in time.
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to the course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own. You can also download the materials to your own computer so you can keep them offline.

All daily exercises or practice should take no more than 30 minutes to an hour each day. The online course lessons themselves, will be no more than 30-45min per day.
Commitment and practice. If you commit to this course I guarantee that you will find benefit from all the lessons and practices taught. In order to get the most from this course, I recommend:
- Watching your daily lessons every morning / day.
- Practicing your daily exercises for the duration of the course (longer where possible)
- Attempting ALL the practices / challenges suggested.
