Hi, I’m Yuri Nunes

From a young age, my interest in martial arts like Jujitsu, Karate, and Kung Fu sparked a lifelong fascination with their philosophies. This passion led me to study Health and Sport Sciences in Pretoria, South Africa, and to successfully develop two gymnasiums. My journey of self-development expanded beyond the physical and mental to include the spiritual, exploring practices like Meditation, Mindfulness, Lucid Dreaming, Reiki, and Kriya Yoga.

I now facilitate talks, workshops, classes, courses, and one-on-one sessions to share these transformative practices. I've created a personal course called Mind Mastery, aiming to help others and myself grow and discover our true potential. Over the past 20 years, I've coached and supported hundreds of people, continuously learning and evolving to bring the best of myself to those I meet.

21 Days to Awakening - Challenge

The 21 Days to Awakening Challenge is designed to guide participants on a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth. It combines physical, mental, and spiritual practices to create a holistic approach to well-being and self-improvement.

Purpose

The challenge aims to help you develop new supportive habits, achieve greater peace and balance, and evolve into a more well-rounded individual. It offers a structured yet flexible program that encourages you to explore and expand your consciousness, tapping into your full potential.

Process

Each day of the challenge introduces a new activity or concept, ranging from meditation and mindfulness practices to physical exercises and reflective journaling. Challenging tasks and activities, that may result in the participant being faced with noticing themselves, and what fears or insecurities arise. They will in essence be awoken to themselves, to better notice themselves, and in so doing, be in a better position to choose who they wish to be in that moment, how they prefer to behave or feel. Setting in place, New behaviour patterns, new chosen thoughts, and in so doing, begin the process of re-imagining, and re-creating themselves, and in turn their lives. Participants are encouraged to engage fully with each task, using tools like the STOP-LOOK-GO method to enhance self-awareness.

The course starts a day or 2 directly after the Online Webinar or in person Workshop. So, be sure to enroll on the Sunday directly after the workshop / webinar you attend.

All daily exercises, challenges or practice should take no more than 30 minutes to an hour each day. The online course lessons / videos themselves, will be no more than 10 min per day. And with the meditations no more than 20minutes, including both the morning and evening meditations. So, in total 1 hour a day, should be sufficient.

Commitment and practice. If you commit to this course I guarantee that you will find benefit from all the lessons and practices taught. In order to get the most from this course, I recommend:

  • Watching your daily videos every morning / evening / day.
  • Practicing your daily exercises / meditations for the duration of the course (longer where possible)
  • Attempting ALL the practices / challenges suggested.
  • Time to consider and contemplate what you are seeing, as you discover parts of yourself, and the world around you, you may not have noticed before.
  • Where possible, journal your thoughts, ideas and reflections during the course.
  • Look back on your writings at the end of the course.
